Jessica and Adam's Yankton South Dakota wedding

Here is a very fun couple whose wedding was actually in May.  Yes I am a little behind with my blogging.  I had a website crash and a photoshop crash in the last month and am just now getting caught back up.  Better late then never right. I have know Jessica since she was a little girl so it was quite an honor to be able to take her wedding photos.  And what a pleasure it was to meet Adam, he is a very special person who was a joy to work with. Their wedding was in Yankton South Dakota.  They were blessed with  not only a beautiful day but were able to share it with all of their family and friends. We were able to take a few shots along the river as well as one of the city's oldest buildings in town which ended being one of my favorite shots as well as one of the couples.  Here are a few favorites from their wedding day.

3 Generation Photo, Jenny, Bergit, and Lilly

This was a fun, and quick 3 generation photo session.  Jenny's Mom, Bergit  lives in Germany and was in the states for 3 weeks visiting her daughter and family.  The day before she flew back home, they decided to take a 3 generation photo.  Little Lilly is actually only 18 months old and had different plans for the photo session on this day.  While we did capture a couple quick shots of the 3 of them together, most of them were Jenny and her mom, and sometimes Lilly stealing the show as most 18 month olds do!  My favorite shot is of Lilly throwing her hands in the air with a great big Yay! She was having a blast and it shows in these photos!

Tate

Wow it is hard to believe this little guy  has turned 1.  Seems like just yesterday I was taking his newborn pictures! Tate was so busy, we literally had to keep up with him at this portrait session and his mom informed me he is just as busy at home. What a little charmer!  He has the most infectious smile I have seen in a long time and I think everyone who looks at these photos will agree!  Here are a few of my favorite photos from his session.
