Cody and Laurie's Brookings South Dakota Engagement

Here is a super fun couple who will be married in Arlington South Dakota on Feb 4, 2012.  We decided to shoot their engagement photos in Brookings South Dakota and had a blast doing it. Cody works on the wind turbines so we decided it would be fun to take their photos with the turbines in the background. Some of those images were actually my favorites, as well as the couples favorites. It did not matter where we took their photos, they were just plain fun to work with. I am excited for their wedding since they are both snowmobilers and will have snowmobiles at their wedding, hmm........... wonder what kind of crazy shots we will have with those!  These are just a few of my favorite shots from their engagement session.

Ashlyn's 1 year pictures

Happy 1st Birthday little Ashlyn!  What another privilege this was since I started with Ashlyn when she was 3 months old.  This year has flow by and it is hard to believe she already 1. She is the sweetest little girl and I absolutely love that great big smile of hers. Here are a few of my favorite photos from her 1 year session and a a recap of the last year.

Abbigail's 9 month photos

Here is little Abbigial.  I have had the privilege of taking her photos every 3 months since she was a newborn and I have to say, what a little cutie!  She is the happiest, sweetest little girl and always is a joy to work with. These are just a few of my favorite photos from her recent session.

Jennifer and Travis's Selby South Dakota wedding

Here was a fun wedding I shot in Selby South Dakota. Not only were Travis and Jennifer fun, but very laid back and easy going. I enjoyed every minute of my day spent with them. After the wedding we had a little fun and took some crazy photos including one of my favorite of the group in an old abandoned boat. This bridal party was up for just about anything!  Here are a few of my favorite images from their wedding.

Tommi Jo and Lucas's Newell South Dakota engagement

This was a recent engagement session I shot in Newell SD. This was one of those rare opportunities to be able to create some of the most beautiful photos because the scenery, evening light and couple were all amazing! We started out with their family of 4 kids and ended the evening along the river breaks with just the two of them. I am super excited to shoot their wedding which will be July 22nd in Newell SD. Dani my associate is going to be by my side as we branch into a new adventure, fusion wedding videos.  Watch for future post as I plan to add them to my menu for the 2010 year! Thank you Tommi Jo and Lucas for such an amazing shoot!
