Morgan Wright's senior session with Carmen's Photography

This was a session I took late last fall with miss Morgan Wright of Aberdeen South Dakota.  Not only is she beautiful but she was a sweetheart to work with as well.  Morgan has a little bit of an artist in her so I had lots of fun with the out door props and her unique style. Not only was She laid back and easy to work with but that beautiful smile could light up a room. Thank you Morgan for choosing Carmen's Photography, I loved every minute spent working with you! Bennett's 2 month photo shoot at Carmen's Photography

Here was a recent photo shoot of little Bennett who was 2 months old.  Bennett's parents had planned a newborn shoot before he was born, but due to a health issue, Bennett was in the hospital for quite a few days following his birth and we ended up taking his photos when he was 2 months old.  As you can see, he is a big baby so we were not sure how much he would cooperate or how he would do at his photos shoot.  Not only is he adorable, but he was such a good boy. He went to sleep after a few wide awake shots and we were able to get a few newborn poses in spite of his size and age.  What an cutie!  I loved every minute spent taking his photos and can not wait to watch this little guy grow! Thank you Ben and Tiffany for letting me take his first photos! These are just a few of my favorites from his session.

Sydney's Newborn Portraits at Carmen's Photography

What a blessing my job has been lately to be able to take all these newborn portraits. I had the privilege of taking Troy and Amy's wedding photos so I feel like I have been part of their family from the start. What a joy it is to watch their family grow and the addition of little Sydney just makes their family complete. She is a little sweetie and I loved working with her. Sydney was actually 1 month old when these photos were taken which can make the newborn session a little more challenging but we ended up getting some great shots of her.  Here are a few of my favorites from their session.

Brayden's Newborn portraits at Carmen's Photrography

Another recent newborn session with Brayden Homan.  What a little cutie!  This little guy was so good he let us place him in whatever props we had. My favorite is in the fire fighter gear which belongs to his daddy.  Could this be the next generation of fire fighters?  Thank you Paige and Brian for letting me take his first photos! Stacy and Robert's Maternity session at Carmen's Photography

Here is a recent maternity session with a growing young family.  Robert and Stacy brought their dog Crosby with as they both felt he was their first child and a big part of their family.  We all got a kick as he kind of stole the show!  I am wondering if he will steal it from the new baby at the newborn session as well.  These are just a few of my favorite shots from their session. Emersyn Jo's newborn photos at Carmen's Photography

Here is a recent newborn session of little Emersyn Jo.  What a beautiful baby girl!  So sweet she was such a good girl I didn't even know she was in the studio. I enjoyed meeting and working with her parents as well. I look forward to watching her grow over the next year as she goes from Newborn to a 1 year old toddler.  Here are just a few of my favorite shots from her session.
