Briana and Andrew's Engagement at Carmen's Photography

This engagement session was shot in late fall in a pasture near Briana;s home where she grew up.  I was teasing them that it looked like they were in the badlands or some place like that.  What a fun couple. They like to spend their time playing and one of their favorite things to do on the farm is play on the hay, so we of course had to capture that as well.  These are just a few of my favorite shots form their fun session.

Mike & Jodi's Wedding

Melany and Curtis

Here is a recent engagement session I took in the fresh snow and on a very cold day. This couple wanted snow pictures since both are very outdoorsy and both love snowmobiling. We could not have picked a better day as far as the snow goes, since it has been winter wonderland around here for about a month now. Melany and Curtis are planning a July 2010 wedding and I am hoping the weather is a little bit warmer even though these two like the cold and snow! I really enjoyed working with Melany and Curtis and am look forward to taking their wedding photos. Thank you for letting me be part of your big day!

Jessica and Adam's Aberdeen South Dakota Engagement session

Here is a recent engagement session I took of a couple who will be married next May. I have had the privilege of knowing Jessica since she was a little girl, so it is a great joy to be able to take her engagement photos and her wedding photos next Spring. They brought their daughter Nevaeh with them for a few family portraits as well and what a scene stealer! She was such a cutie who loved having her portrait taken! Kyle and Jessica

Kyle and Jessica are getting married in Sioux Falls SD this September. On the day we took their engagement session, instead of being a sunny SD day, it was actually a misting rain.
