The Borge family

This a recent session I did of the Borge children, both super sweet, cute little kids who are full of life and energy!  My favorite kind of kid. Little Carson was not sure on some of the photos of he was going to be bashful or not, but Kamyden had no problems with shyness.She also turned 1 and we got a couple of fun shots of her enjoying that first Birthday cake! Rowan and Isla

Here are two very special little girls who I always love to photograph.  My grand daughters! They both love playing in Grandma's studio with all the props.  They were having a tea party on this particular day and after our tea party was finished we had to go see the horse which made for a couple more cute shots. I like the BW version of the shots by the barn, it looks very vintage to me.  Here are a couple of my favorite shots from their session.

Trevor 1 year pictures

These are pictures of little Trevor who recently turned 1 year old. He is such a happy, busy little boy who was super easy to work with. One of my favorite shots is of him with his head back and pouting, not really sure if he wanted to smile or cry! Of course he is also my nephew, so he is extra special to me! Welcome Daniall Deis Associate Photographer

Yes for those of you who are wondering, I am expanding in my photography business.  I actually am accepting weddings for the 2011 season for Daniall Deis my young associate and apprentice!  She will be shooting right along side me this summer, & has 3 weddings of her own and a 4th wedding booked through my studio for October of this year.  What can I say about her, she is young, fresh, fun, and has a great eye.  I absolutely love working with her and expect great things out of her in the future.  She is a little more of a photojournalist then I am and gets "great" candid shots.  Continue watching my blog and checking my website.  She will have her own spot in the wedding galleries as the associate photographer so everyone can see her work! Allison and Troy's Ellendale North Dakota wedding

Here is a recent wedding I shot in Ellendale North Dakota. This couple loves the outdoors. Not only did we get some fun shots of them playing outside, but we captured the fact that she loves the Yankees, and he loves the Twins! This wedding was also a first for me in another way, I am adding a second photographer.  Meet Daniall Deis, my niece who has a great eye and even better imagination.  She shot right along side of me and got some great shots which I will blog immediately following the shots I took.
